01

Overview

This page is maintained by Faith Walk Support to answer common security and privacy questions about our services. It describes the practices currently in place across our website and the supports we deliver to NDIS participants. This page is editable project content and is not an independent certification or audit report.

02

Access & Authentication

Our public website does not require participants or families to create an account. Internal systems used by Faith Walk Support staff and support workers are protected by individual logins and access is limited to team members who need it to deliver your supports.

03

Hosting & Platform

Our website is hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides TLS encryption in transit for all visitors and managed infrastructure. Lovable platform features are used as provided and are not a substitute for independent certification of Faith Walk Support.

04

Data We Collect

Through this website we collect only the information you choose to submit — typically your name, contact details and a short message via our callback form. Participant records and supporting documentation collected during service delivery are handled under our service agreements in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and NDIS requirements.

05

Subprocessors & Integrations

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate this website and respond to enquiries (for example, our hosting platform and email provider). We do not sell participant information, and we only share personal data with third parties where it is necessary to deliver your supports or where disclosure is required by law.

06

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses only the cookies and storage required for the site to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated to describe what is collected.

07

Retention & Deletion

Enquiry information submitted through the website is retained only for as long as needed to respond to your request and, where relevant, to set up a service agreement. Participant records collected during service delivery are retained in line with NDIS record-keeping obligations and applicable Australian law.

08

Your Privacy Rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where we are not legally required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
